Quodlibs

Quodlibs is the ODL QC Blog written by me, David Morley, as Chief Executive.    Quodlibs started in 2002, as a weekly email newsletter to accredited providers.

It covers a wide range of topics: running a small education business; pedagogy, assessment and accreditation; technical matters, both on- and off-line; and news, views and reviews, from the UK and abroad, affecting ODL providers.

Quodlibs is informal;   a commentary on the accounts of others, interspersed with the odd original thought.    I strive for literacy, rather than falling back on the run-of-the-mill ramblings that litter so much of the web, where ill-fitting English is so often portrayed as the new smart-casual.

My aim is to "sing freely" and with a hint of humour, as its name implies.    I recognise that this may not be to everyone's taste.    But if we in education cannot prick the pomposity that passes for political life in this country, heaven help us.
