Refreshing Quality
Two providers have had their accreditation by ODL QC renewed for a further three years.

Advance Training provides a computer-based training package to assist police officers in England and Wales with their understanding of the law, for officers who are taking the first stage of the national promotion exams to the ranks of Sergeant and Inspector, and others. Established in 1996, and first accredited by ODL QC in 2001, Advance Training is now a well-established and successful provider

The Kevala Centre, based in Torquay, has offered course in a wide range of complementary therapies since 1992. First accredited by ODL QC in 1996, Kevala has now established itself at the forefront of training in this area.

Peter White, Principal of the Kevala Centre, “We are all delighted with our re-accreditation. We have worked hard over the last three years with the emerging regulatory bodies to ensure that our training programmes are of the best quality and appropriate to the changing training requirements for complementary therapies.”

Welcoming these re-accreditations, ODL QC Chief Executive Dr David Morley said that “Both Advance Training and the Kevala Centre are excellent providers, who make major contributions to good quality education and training in this country. We are delighted to be able to acknowledge this through re-accreditation.”
