Tactics is a marketing training and consultancy business that offers support for all three levels of the Chartered Institute of Marketing qualifications. The company was first assessed by the ODL QC in 1997, and was awarded accreditation to mark the quality of the training they offer.

Since Tactics was first awarded accreditation in 1997, it has continued to offer high quality distance learning, to which it has added innovative services, such as tele-tutorials.

ODL QC accredited providers are re-assessed at regular intervals to ensure they continue to provide excellent learning opportunities. Following an appraisal of Tactics’ provision, the ODL QC is pleased to attest to Tactics’ continuing commitment to quality.

According to the re-accreditation report, Tactics provides, "An excellent personal service to its learners and corporate clients."
