The Diplomatic Council provides advanced diploma and licentiate programmes in diplomacy and diplomatic law, to individuals, NGOs and the diplomatic community worldwide.

Yesterday, it also became an ODL QC accredited provider.

The accreditation report noted complimentary feedback from learners and described a "Well thought-out provision operating in an unusual and highly specialised market."

In the opinion of the ODL QC Specialist Assessor, the Council’s programmes are "clearly written by experts" and "highly academic" with an "entirely appropriate" structure and content, supported by "well qualified tutors."

Dr James Daniels, Director of Studies, welcomed the news, saying,
"This tremendous achievement is an attestation of the high quality of our specialised training in diplomacy and diplomatic law and the overall benchmarking of the Diplomatic Council's instructional materials and quality academic services."
