Originally based in Harrogate, the Airline Recruitment and Training Company has now expanded considerably, being franchised to Harrogate, Halton, Accrington and Rossendale colleges of further education. These partnerships enable AR&TC to focus on both further education college students as well as directly to the public. The Airline Recruitment and Training Company has worked with over seventy further education colleges and is always seeking to work with more. In addition, two further centres have been opened - in Hounslow and Manchester in order to satisfy the customer demand for airline training courses.

The Airline Recruitment and Training Company "have spent nine years combining recruitment and training for new air cabin crew and airline service agents and were the pioneers in this field. The company has an enviable track record of success with all the major airlines. This has involved thousands of students being successful at airline interviews who had previously failed due to lack of proper preparation and the relevant vocational training. Part of the training includes students working in aircraft 'mock-ups' and 'check-in' areas which always prove to be a very popular part of the courses".

Airline Recruitment and Training Company's current plans include establishing training centres in Glasgow and the Midlands. As Julie Rushton points out, "The last few years have been very exciting for us and further development has meant that we have launched a Resort Representative's distance learning and day assessment programme from June which has been accredited by NCFE...this is another exciting programme we have introduced due to the high demand from both further education colleges and directly from members of the public".
