Whether you wish to pursue the hotel or catering side, this course will help you to achieve your aims and ambitions. All tuition for this course is by correspondence only. There are no face-to-face tutorials. Your open learning pack includes a number of assignments (usually between 8 and 12, as a rough guide ). As you work through the course, you complete each assignment as you come to it and send it to your personal tutor, who returns it with constructive comments and guidance.

As the course progresses your tutor comes to understand the way you work and think, thereby enabling him/her to develop your potential and give you greater confidence. Your tutor will take an active interest in your progress, and will look forward to hearing how things are going.
