Introductory Food Hygiene is a short e-learning course covering the basic requirements for food handlers.
Available entirely online, and using multiple choice tests at the end, it offers a simple-to-use yet reliable introduction
to food safety issues.
It can be completed on average in one and a half hours, though there is no time limit.
Successful candidates are awarded a food hygiene certificate to show that they have undertaken and completed the
course successfully.
There is also a complementary intermediate food hygiene course, for those who wish to progress further.
