We welcome feedback from learners.    Feedback helps us to find out what is working well, and what needs to be put right.    It helps us to maintain and improve quality in distance learning in this country.

So, whether you are studying with an ODL QC-accredited provider or not, please tell us what you think.    How was your course?    How was the service you received from the course provider?    Were there features of the course which you particularly liked, or disliked.

You can be brief, or go into details, whichever you prefer.    The more you tell us, the more potentially helpful it will be.    And both praise and criticism can be equally useful.

Anything you say will be treated as confidential.    You do not need to give us your contact details.    Even if you do, they will not be passed on to the provider unless you ask us to do so.    And we will only come back to you if you ask us to, or if some feature of your response is so important that we want to explore it further with you.
