ODL QC acknowledges quality at KLC School of Design

Following a successful reassessment, ODL QC has agreed to re-accredit KLC School of Design

KLC School of Design, highly regarded for the quality of its training in Interior Design and Garden Design, offers full-time, part-time, short and open learning courses, both for students wanting ultimately to practice as professional designers, and for those who simply want to develop a passionate interest.

Recommending re-accreditation, the third since initial accreditation in 1993, ODL QC Chief Executive Dr David Morley noted that quality has been maintained in their overall structure and underlying processes, whilst significant enhancements had been made to learner support.

"KLC has consistently maintained its position as a first rate provider, with a tradition of excellence both within its own profession and as a distance learning school.    Recent developments of both the course materials and learner support, in part themselves responses to earlier ODLQC reports, have enhanced its quality further.

"The school has a strong professional base, a first-class system of tutorial support, and a wide and imaginative range of support services to supplement the core distance learning provision."
