Good Practice Guides

Good Practice Guides are short, simple guides which amplify and complement the Standards.

The ideas in them are not binding on providers;   rather, they offer suggestions on how specific issues can be addressed, and provisions enhanced.

Most of the issues addressed are ones that have arisen in practice, during assessments, from queries from providers, or from complaints made to ODL QC.

At present, the Guides are available only as Word documents for downloading.    We hope to make them available in other formats (html, pdf) in due course.
