Heraldic & Genealogical Studies

The lectures in this course address the whole subject more broadly and academically than general courses and enable the student to cover in the full the syllabus required for The Institute's Part II Certificate in Genealogy.

This is an essential step in the study and training leading to The Institute's Diploma in Genealogy. Completing further requirements and satisfying the examiners, students would then be able to proceed to the higher level of qualification, the Licenciateship of The Institute being an ultimate goal.
